In 2021, the volume of industrial goods in the structure of imports reached $4720.2 million and increased by 31.8 percent compared to 2020, in general, its share in the total volume of imports amounted to 18.5 percent.

According to the State Statistics Committee, mainly imports of industrial goods account for cast iron and steel ($2086.4 million), metal products ($577.7 million), textile yarn, fabrics, finished products ($394.8 million), products from non-metallic minerals ($374.1 million) and others.

Most of the deliveries of these goods to Uzbekistan account for Russia – 39.7 percent, China – 18.8 percent and Kazakhstan – 14.7 percent.

Last year in Uzbekistan, the import of goods and services reached $25461 million.
