Last year, Uzbekistan imported the most passenger cars from China (8880), the Republic of Korea (6472), Russia (4539), Kazakhstan (4470), Poland (1204), the United States (490), Lithuania (428), Thailand (250), Germany (115) and Japan (97).

In 2021, Uzbekistan exported 28,952 passenger cars to 10 countries worth $281.8 million.

Last year, the volume of machinery and transport equipment in the structure of imports reached $8252.7 million and increased by 3.8 percent compared to the same period in 2020, and the share in total imports amounted to 32.4 percent.
