In 2021, 31.7 thousand tons of cattle meat was imported to Uzbekistan from 8 countries.

According to the State Statistics Committee, meat imports increased by 10.1 thousand tons compared to 2020.

Uzbekistan bought the most cattle meat in Belarus (21.5 thousand tons), Kazakhstan (4.9 thousand tons), Ukraine (2.9 thousand tons), India (916 tons), Moldova (738 tons) and Russia (638 tons).

As previously reported, Uzbekistan imported goods and services worth almost $25.5 billion last year.
