On March 3, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó exchanged congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Mr. Abdulaziz Kamilov notes that recent years have become a period of the rapid rise in relations between Uzbekistan and Hungary in all spheres and at various levels.

The interest of the Uzbek side in maintaining an open and constructive dialogue with Hungary in the political, parliamentary, economic and educational spheres is emphasized.

In turn, Mr. Péter Szijjártó stressed with satisfaction that Uzbekistan is a strategic partner of Hungary.

Both ministers expressed their conviction that cooperation between the two countries will continue to develop comprehensively for the benefit of the interests of Uzbekistan and Hungary people.
