Ambassador of Uzbekistan Abat Fayzullayev has met with the Vice-President of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce András Rév, via videoconference.

The parties exchanged views on promising areas of cooperation in trade, economic and investment spheres, and considered the schedule of the upcoming bilateral events.

The presence of a high level of cooperation in the trade and economic sphere and mutual commitment to further development of collaboration in investment, financial-technical, scientific-educational and other spheres was emphasized.

The parties noted with satisfaction the creation of a Joint Business Council as a platform for strengthening and enhancing ties between the businesspeople of the two countries. The readiness to actively use the opportunities and tools of this platform and the intention to hold its first meeting soon was confirmed.
