The Short Film Competition was held between branches of foreign universities in Tashkent branch of the All-Russian State University of Cinematography, with the support of the Cinematography Agency.

It was dedicated to youth violence prevention.

The works were evaluated by the Director of the Cinematography Agency Firdavs Abdukhalikov, Honored Artists of Uzbekistan Rustam Sagdullayev and Mikhail Kaminsky, and Honored Artist of Uzbekistan Yusup Razikov.

Students of the Tashkent branch of the All-Russian State University of Cinematography, a branch of Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology and the Almalyk branch of MISIS won the competition.
