The State Academic Grand Theater named after Alisher Navoi is hosting one of the largest European shows – the International Competition of Italian Opera Vocalists Competizione dell'Opera 2023, which has revealed many talents.

Uzbekistan opened the doors to the competition for the second time. 90 young vocalists from 13 countries are participating in the event this year.

The international jury of the competition includes highly qualified opera professionals.

This international competition promotes creative exchange between classical music performers in Uzbekistan and abroad and also allows to enjoy the best opera works.
