The Symposium of Ophthalmologists of Uzbekistan is being held at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Eye Microsurgery.

The event is attended by specialists from the medical center and subordinate institutions, experienced foreign ophthalmologists.

The Center is the coordinating body for the organization of specialized medical care for the country’s population in ophthalmology.

The participants are discussing improving the quality of medical services in key areas of the Center, such as cataract and glaucoma surgery, reconstructive, corneal, plastic, and laser surgery, pediatric eye microsurgery, and ocular prosthetics.

Participants are exchanging experience and the latest achievements in the sphere.
