The plant received this opportunity due to the fact that it took the honorable first place in the national stage of the competition held by the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.

According to the JSC Uzbekneftegaz, in August-November, at the initiative of the Council of Trade Unions of Central Asia, an international competition “Best Social Partner” will be held among all enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of ownership. The final stage of the competition will be held in Tajikistan in November. The primary trade union organization Uzbekistan GTL LLC will participate on behalf of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.

This competition will strengthen the social partnership between the employer and the trade union and expand work on comprehensive socio-economic and legal support for all employees through a collective agreement.
