Uzbekistan GTL is the largest enterprise in the petrochemical industry not only in Uzbekistan, but throughout the entire region.

1300 people will be employed here. Import substitution will amount to $500 million a year, exports for $200 million and tax revenues to the budget for 2 trillion UZS will be provided.

A project was launched to triple the production capacity of the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex. The project cost is $1 billion 800 million. The new enterprise will annually produce 280 thousand tons of polyethylene and 100 thousand tons of polypropylene by processing 430 thousand tons of naphtha. About a thousand more jobs will be created.
