Dubai hosts the international exhibition Expo 2020.

The Ministry of Energy, JSC Uzbekneftegaz and Thermal Power Plants held talks and presentations. A meeting was held between representatives of Uzbekistan GTL and Honeywell UOP. It was noted that it is planned to produce linear alkylbenzene at the plant, which is the main raw material for the production of all types of detergents. The raw material for it will be intermediate products formed during the production of GTL-kerosene.

The parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, within the framework of which the production of alkylbenzene will be organized at Uzbekistan GTL.
