The Uzbekistan – Germany International Educational Center “Woman Leader” was opened in cooperation with the Public Service Development Agency, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).

The opening ceremony was attended by heads and representatives of responsible agencies and organizations, the embassies of Germany and France, GIZ, and women leaders.

The educational center was opened to increase the socio-political knowledge and skills of women in the country and promote their professional and personal development by creating a single platform for social dialogue and the exchange of experience.

With the establishment of the center’s activities, a scientific and practical workshop “Increasing the socio-political activity of women in public service: studying foreign experience in developing women leaders” will be held.
