According to the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State Transport University together with French Civil Aviation University plans to train pilots in flight operation of aircraft based on the joint program. Currently, preparations are underway for the reception of students.

Rector of the University Odil Abdurakhmanov held talks with the Director of the Training Center of Uzbekistan Airways Stanislav Gurfinkel on establishing cooperation.

A Memorandum on the training of personnel for aviation was signed following the negotiations.
