In January-November 2021, Uzbekistan exported shoes worth $34 million to foreign countries.

According to the State Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan sold the most shoes to Kyrgyzstan ($19.1 million), Kazakhstan ($7.7 million), Tajikistan ($5.3 million), Russia ($925 thousand) and Afghanistan ($631 thousand).

The regions that exported the most shoes to foreign countries became Andijan ($15.1 million), Samarkand ($7.1 million), Fergana ($6.6 million), Tashkent ($2.3 million), Namangan ($1.1 million) and Khorezm ($1.1 million) regions.

The total number of exporting entities amounted to 6,282 units, which brought the volume of exports without gold to $1,1348.6 million (an increase of 35.2 percent compared to the same period in 2020).
