In January-June, Uzbekistan exported 821,000 tons of fruits and vegetables worth about $450 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, this figure increased by 104,000 tons compared to the corresponding period last year.

Vegetables (576 thousand tons), cabbage (130 thousand tons), fruits (118 thousand tons), watermelons and melons (67.8 thousand tons), tomatoes (56 thousand tons), raisins (38 thousand tons), dried fruits (21 thousand tons), grapes (11.1 thousand tons) and peanuts (11 thousand tons) were exported.
