Uzbekistan exports cherries worth almost $85 million

In 2021, Uzbekistan exported 60.8 thousand tons of cherries to 18 countries worth $84.8 million.

The volume of exports increased by 29.5 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period in 2020.

The five leading countries that imported the most cherries from Uzbekistan included Kazakhstan (27.5 thousand tons), Russia (24.7 thousand tons), Kyrgyzstan (6.8 thousand tons), Ukraine (725 tons), Belarus (593 tons). In addition, South Korea (208 tons) and Poland (98 tons) bought cherries from Uzbekistan.
