In January – November 2021, Uzbekistan exported silk and silk products to 17 foreign countries for $67.6 million.

According to Uzbekistan States Statistics Committee, exports of silk and silk products compared to the corresponding period of 2020 increased by almost $25 million.

Countries to which Uzbekistan exported the largest amount of silk and silk products in 11 months of 2021 are China (33 million), Kyrgyzstan (9.2 million), Tajikistan (8.2 million), Vietnam (6.7 million), Iran (5.9 million), UAE (1.7 million), India (1.2 million), Korea (791 thousand), Afghanistan (340 thousand), Turkmenistan (265 thousand), Turkey (131 thousand), Pakistan (66 thousand), Russia (17 thousand), France (4.2 thousand).
