A delegation of analytical centers of Uzbekistan met with the Founding Director of the French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs – IRIS Pascal Boniface, in Paris.

The parties discussed issues of strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and France. Views were exchanged on positive developments in the Central Asian region.

The Founding Director of IRIS was informed about the main provisions of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan, the initiatives of the Head of the state aimed at strengthening the connectivity between Central Asia and neighboring regions.

Following the meeting, the participants agreed to establish close research work in priority areas for the institutes and hold joint events.
