A meeting was held between the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency representatives and a group of pharmaceutical companies of the People’s Republic of China.

The meeting was organized to study the pharmaceutical market and increase the export potential of Uzbekistan’s medical products. The Director of the Agency, Ulugbek Egamov, spoke about the opportunities created for the development of the industry and the prospects for the country’s pharmaceutical industry. 

Talks were then held with representatives of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE), whose activities focus on importing and exporting pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.

Agency representatives established promising relations with China Meheco Group Co., Ltd.

At the meeting, cooperation was established with Beijing Yiyuanli Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which specializes in the research, production, and distribution of vaccines in China.
