The region has attracted more than $5 billion in foreign investments in recent years. In particular, over 100 investment and industrial projects have been launched with leading companies and major brands of developed countries in building materials, energy and tourism, and the production of ceramic tiles. As a result, 100,000 new jobs have been created.

The guests were informed about the economic and industrial opportunities of Tashkent region. In particular, there are 6 free economic zones and 70 small industrial zones specializing in certain areas in the region. The region's high tourism potential is determined by favorable natural and climatic conditions, unique flora and fauna, ancient historical monuments, and sacred sites.

The business forum will include B2B meetings and cooperative exchanges with Egyptian businesspeople. They will discuss expanding cooperation between representatives of business circles and enterprises of Uzbekistan and Egypt. Presentations of various investment projects will also be held. The participants will become familiar with the tourist enterprises of Bostanlyk district and industrial technopark in Chirchik.
