Uzbekistan delegation led by the Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan Utkir Saidov visits Russia.

The delegation has held talks with the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia and the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation Rushan Hazrat Abbyasov, in Moscow.

The delegation includes Advisor at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia Alisher Ziyamuhamedov and other representatives of the embassy, Deputy Director of the National PR Center Jamshid Babajanov, representatives of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, Muslim Tour, Akbar Travel and Mauras Travel companies.

The parties discussed the possibility of organizing visits of imams and bloggers to Uzbekistan to promote pilgrimage tourism, and photo exhibitions on religious sites of Uzbekistan in Russian mosques. A tour to Moscow Cathedral Mosque took place.
