Tajikistan’s Dushanbe hosts the 6th Congress of Teachers and Education System Workers of the CIS member states.

It is attended by representatives of Uzbekistan led by the responsible persons of the Ministry of Public Education, the Scientific Research Institute for Studying the Issues and Determining the Perspectives of Public Education named A. Avloniy.

The conference is dedicated to the approval of interstate programs and plans for cooperation in the field of education and the expansion of the exchange of scientific and pedagogical personnel. Issues of increasing the status of teachers in Uzbekistan, new textbooks being created, as well as reforms in the field of digitalization of education, were considered. The activity to be carried out in the education system, as well as new projects, were discussed.

The main attention was paid to strengthening the legal and organizational foundations of cooperation between the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States in education, support and encouragement of teachers, popularization of the achievements of the national education system.
