Delegations from more than 30 states, heads of over 30 international and specialized organizations confirmed their participation in the forthcoming international conference of ministers of transport of landlocked developing countries on August 15-16 in the city of Turkmenbashi.

The conference is convened on the initiative of Turkmenistan under the auspices of the UN, informs the news website Turkmenportal.

The upcoming forum is one of the key events in the preparations for the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries scheduled for 2024.

According to the Ministry of Transport, Uzbekistan will be represented at the conference by the leadership of the ministry.
