Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov held several meetings with the leadership of leading UAE companies.

Talks were held with the CEO of ENOC Group Saif Humaid Al Falasi. The heads of several ministries and agencies of Uzbekistan also took part in the talks to discuss the prospects for the implementation of joint investment projects.

The issues of establishing partnerships in several areas were also considered at the meeting with the leadership of the IFFCO Group. The parties discussed the development of joint investment projects in agriculture and the chemical industry. The Emirati side expressed interest in implementing a project in Uzbekistan for the production of export-oriented agricultural products, taking into account the full cycle of growing and processing tomatoes. In addition, taking into account the experience of the IFFCO Group in the segment of personal hygiene and synthetic detergents, the issue of joint development of a new project for the production of relevant products based on Chirchik Chemical Industrial Technopark was agreed upon.

On the same day, talks were held with Masdar CEO Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi. The parties considered issues of enhancing bilateral collaboration in green energy development.
