Representatives of about 30 local Indian companies took part in this event.

Deputy Director of the Agency for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry Alisher Temirov made a presentation about the investment potential of Uzbekistan.

Issues of mutual export cooperation were discussed.

Following the event, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Agency for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry of Uzbekistan and the Indian Drug Manufacturers Association.

The delegation visited India’s Cadila Pharmaceuticals. Activities carried out in further development of cooperation between Andijon-Pharm FEZ and Cadila Pharmaceuticals were discussed at the event.
