Lausanne hosts the World Anti-Doping Agency’s Annual Symposium under the theme “United toward a world of doping-free sport”.

More than 800 heads of international sports federations, national and regional anti-doping organizations are participating in the symposium. Uzbekistan is represented by a delegation led by the Director of the National Anti-Doping Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Sodikov.

The participants discussed the role of international sports federations, cooperation between national anti-doping agencies, the attitude of states to the WADA code and compliance with the convention established by the United Nations.
