Kuwait hosted the 108th Meeting of the OCA Executive Board. Vice-President of the Olympic Council of Asia, First Deputy Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan Otabek Umarov attended the event.

Issues related to improving the activities of the organization’s headquarters and management system, preparation for upcoming complex competitions, and the implementation of joint projects were discussed at the meeting, chaired by the OCA President, Sheikh Joaan Bin Hamad Al Thani.

During the event, the officials met with Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, and Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah. The sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation.

The Uzbekistan NOC delegation held talks with representatives of the Kuwait Olympic Committee and the national Olympic committees of several countries.
