Uzbekistan delegation led by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Veterinary and Livestock Development Bakhtiyor Atamuradov took part in the International Specialized Exhibition “Belagro 2021”, in Minsk.

The delegation held talks with representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University, the Belarusian State Association for Livestock Breeding “Belplemzhivobedinenie”, and Minsk Breeding Enterprise.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus. They also exchanged views on the further development of cooperation in agriculture, including animal husbandry, exchange of experience, joint research.

The sides determined joint work on breeding pedigree livestock in Uzbekistan, building livestock complexes based on Belarusian technologies and producing veterinary drugs, and creating branch laboratories.
