Uzbekistan delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov attended the Sixth Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the participating countries of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), Uzbekistan MFA reports.

Issues of ensuring and strengthening mutual trust in the region, stimulating cooperation in the post-pandemic period, as well as the current situation in Afghanistan were discussed at the meeting.

Uzbekistan delegation held several bilateral meetings.

On October 12, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received the heads of delegations of the CICA member countries.
