The official opening ceremony of the exhibition took place within the framework of the 27th International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies “TIBO 2021”, in Belarus.

According to Uzbekistan ICT Ministry, Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications Shukhrat Sadikov attended the event.

The Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko addressed the exhibition.
