Representatives of the Ministries of Culture of Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia held a videoconference.

The parties discussed issues of holding Uzbekistan Culture Days in Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi side noted the rich history and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, centuries-old spiritual and cultural ties between the two peoples, and confirmed their interest in holding this event to widely familiarize Saudi Arabia’s public with it.

It was emphasized that the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia in 2022 gave bilateral relations new dynamics.

The parties discussed the timing of Uzbekistan Culture Days, the program and other organizational issues.
