Chairman of the Writers’ Union, People’s poet of Uzbekistan Sirojiddin Sayyid and member of the union, famous literary critic, Doctor of Philology Bahodir Karim were awarded the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan “On the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi”.

– Magtymguly Fragi is also an Uzbek poet, – says Sirojiddin Sayyid. – His poetry has been familiar to us since childhood. The 300th anniversary of the great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi is widely celebrated in Uzbekistan. His works are published, and special attention is paid to the broader promotion of his work.

It should be noted that activities are underway in Uzbekistan to study and promote the poet’s literary heritage because profound philosophical ideas, the truth of life, kindness, love, and loyalty in Magtymguly Fragi’s works have always inspired humanity.
