At polling station No. 583 of Yangikhayot district in Tashkent, voting for candidates for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is actively continuing.
An UzA Correspondent visited this polling station and talked with people who had fulfilled their civic duty. The Correspondent interviewed the Director of School No. 330 in this district, Barno Turgunova.

– I think I won’t be mistaken if I say that today is a real holiday. The population of Uzbekistan, using their political rights, votes for the worthiest candidate. This is a fascinating and responsible process. After all, the elections are connected with determining the further path of the country’s development, the fate of our people, and the bright future of the younger generation, – said B. Turgunova.
A woman of respectable age, Oltingul Qosimbetova, also said that she had come to fulfill her civic duty in the Presidential Election.

– The elections are being held in high spirits, – she said. – I came to the elections with my family. My children and I will vote for a worthy candidate. It’s nice that all the opportunities have been created at our polling station.
Nodira Qosimova joined our conversation, who came to the site with her two sons.

– I am a housewife. I have two children, – said N. Qosimova. – I consider it my duty to take part in this political process. Every citizen participates in elections with an understanding of responsibility for the people’s future. Good preparatory work has been carried out at the polling station. Members of the precinct election commission are actively working. We also see how unanimously our citizens participate in the elections. Elections are held in accordance with the requirements of the law.
