As previously reported, as part of the President’s state visit to China, the leaders of Uzbekhydroenergy JSC are holding several meetings with businesspeople of this country.

Thus, a meeting was held between the delegation led by the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekhydroenergy JSC Abdugani Sanginov and representatives of several partner financial institutions and large energy companies in China.

It was attended by the Uzbekistan delegation and the leadership of Chinese companies Dong Fang, SMEK, Zhejiang Jinlun Electromechanic Co., Ltd., and Bank of China Limited.

The parties discussed issues regarding the construction of the Zarchob-3 hydroelectric power station with a capacity of 16 MW on the Tupalang River in Surkhandarya region, as well as loan agreements, supply of necessary equipment, and technological devices from China.

Meetings are being held as part of the delegation’s official visit.
