November 16 – International Day for Tolerance

The cultural event “Uzbekistan – the country of tolerance” took place at Bukhara State Medical Institute.

Students from Pakistan, India, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Egypt, Russia, Bangladesh, South Korea, and other countries actively participated in the event. They demonstrated traditions, culture, national costumes, and dances.

The participants enjoyed stage performances, presentations, and artistic performances by students.

The jury evaluated the teams’ performances. Each team was distinguished by its unique creative approach and national flavor. As a result, the most active and proactive participants were awarded certificates of honor and memorable gifts.

The leadership, faculty staff, and students of the institute highly appreciated the performances of international students, emphasizing that the ideas of tolerance, peace, and interethnic harmony are deeply rooted in the hearts of young people.
