On February 10, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Regional Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

The parties agreed to establish cooperation for the implementation of joint activities to ensure favorable legal, economic and social conditions for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives, as well as the development of mutually beneficial partnerships between the business community and public authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is planned to develop and implement joint projects, conduct joint events on priority issues for the CCI and local businesses, including in promoting the “Anti-Corruption Business Charter of Uzbekistan”, improving the work of arbitration courts in the regions of Uzbekistan, development of international arbitration, the study of German experience in business support, etc.
