Uzbekistan representatives are showing worthy results at the IBA Youth Men’s and Women’s World Boxing Championships in La Nucia, Spain.

In the two final battles that took place on November 25, Uzbekistan representatives demonstrated their skills.

Gulsevar Ganiyeva, who defended the honor of Uzbekistan in the weight of 48 kilograms, defeated her Indian rival, and Bakhtiyor Asadov, who competed in the weight of 57 kilograms, defeated the Mexican athlete and won the gold medal.

Today, November 26, six more boxers will enter the ring to fight for the world champion title.

Currently, Uzbekistan has 2 gold and 2 bronze medals.
