Sh. Khusanov fought against Robert Parzeczewski from Poland. He knocked out his opponent in the second round and won his 22nd victory in the sports career.

He won silver and bronze medals in the Asian and World Amateur Boxing Championships, and in the Asian Games he was the third.

He was awarded the title of Honored Athlete of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the honorary title “Uzbekiston iftikhori” for worthy defense of the country’s honor in the international arena.
