Regarding the number of photos submitted to the Wiki Loves Earth international contest, Uzbekistan took second place among the participating countries.

3282 photos of 69 participants were sent to the contest. 12 photos of 6 authors were selected from them. These stunning shots will go to the competition’s international stage and represent Uzbekistan’s natural heritage.

Uzbekistan took part in the Wiki Loves Earth international competition for the first time this year. This has been reported by the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
