The match turned out to be a serious test of strength for both sides. Uzbekistan was triumphant in the 1994 Asian Games in Japan, and it aims for gold medals again in the upcoming games of the continent.

In the friendly that took place at the Pakhtakor Central Stadium, both Uzbekistan and Jordan demonstrated an attacking game. Nonetheless, the score did not break in the first half of the faceoff.
