Hokim of Tashkent region Zoyir Mirzayev met with the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

The parties noted the strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries and their rapid development based on interregional cooperation.

It was also emphasized that promising initiatives are being implemented in Tashkent region. The negotiations with Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Alexander Sheldyaev, played a key role in this area.

Radiy Khabirov expressed great interest in cooperation with Tashkent region and acknowledged that the region offers significant opportunities for implementing ideas in industry, agriculture, education, tourism, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering.

Bashkortostan holds leading positions in the oil and gas industry, mechanical engineering, education, chemistry, and agriculture. Tashkent region, with its dynamically developing infrastructure and industries, is an attractive place for investment.

The parties discussed in detail issues related to developing cooperation.
