The Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan (MIFT) hosted a meeting with the Ambassador of Bangladesh Md. Zahangir Alam.

According to Uzbekistan MIFT, the parties discussed in detail the current agenda of bilateral cooperation in the investment, trade and economic spheres. Several other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.

Following the talks, the parties agreed to begin preparations for the third meeting of Uzbekistan – Bangladesh Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
