Director of the Department of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Uzbekistan Abrorkhuja Munavarov and Commercial Director of Azerbaijan’s Pasha Construction Said Gulu-zada held virtual talks.

At the meeting, organized by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Azerbaijan, the parties considered the tourism potential of Uzbekistan and the efforts of the Government to develop this sphere. The main attention was paid to the creation of infrastructure.

The representative of Pasha Construction was also informed about investment opportunities in the tourism sector and favorable conditions created for foreign investors.

Said Gulu-zada highly appreciated Uzbekistan’s success in implementing reforms in various areas, including the development of tourism. Confidence was expressed that Uzbekistan will take its rightful place among the developed countries of the world in the future.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to explore the possibilities of establishing cooperation in the implementation of investment projects in the tourism sector in Uzbekistan.
