A meeting was held between the Director of Xorazm Pilla Holding company Rashid Abdullayev and the Adviser to the Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan Shohrat Vekilov.

The parties discussed the issues of joint implementation of an investment project, providing for the development of silkworm breeding in Azerbaijan.

It was noted that the implementation of the project will make a worthy contribution to the further development of mutually beneficial relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. An agreement was reached to start work on solving organizational, technical and other issues related to the creation of a joint venture.
