Bukhara hosted Uzbekistan – Azerbaijan Business Forum. The event was organized by the Hokimiyat of Bukhara region and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Azerbaijan.

The event was attended by over 100 business entities from Bukhara, as well as representatives of more than 20 companies from the textile, agricultural, food, construction sectors – members of the Founder Club Association of Azerbaijan.

The head of the Founder Club, Ruslan Demirov, noted that the business forum has become a platform for discussing current issues and exchanging experience.

B2B meetings were held to discuss the development of cooperation. Contracts for $12.2 million and a Memorandum of Understanding were signed. The parties agreed to implement joint investment projects worth $6 million and trade agreements worth $6.2 million.
