Almaty hosts Kazakhstan Athletics Cup. Uzbekistan national team is also taking part in this tournament.

Javokhir Noriyev became the winner in the men’s long jump and received gold. He scored 7.81 meters. Nadia Dusanova scored 1.92 meters in the high jump and became the winner. Roksana Khudoyorova won a bronze in the triple jump.

Thus, Uzbekistan’s athletes received two gold and one bronze on the first day. The tournament continues.
