At the International Fencing Tournament held in Sofia (Bulgaria), Uzbekistan athletes won one gold, one silver and two bronze medals.

In the men’s competition, Sherzod Mamutov won the gold medal, Pazilbek Genjebayev won the bronze.

In the women’s competition, Shakhnoza Togaymurodova won a silver medal, and Zaynab Dayibekova won a bronze medal.
