Uzbekistan athletes took second place in the team standings in the International Rowing Slalom Tournament, in Dushanbe.

According to the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports, Shakhobiddin Boltaboyev, Khayot Abdullayev, Karimjon Nazirov, Samandar Saydullayev, Sherzod Kurbonaliyev, Dostonbek Jumaboyev, Otabek Turarov, Alexandra Fomenkova, Olesya Gudkova and Ravshan Bakhronov under the guidance of coaches Alexey Zubarev, Ruslana Shoazamova, Numonjon Jakhonov and Rafail Miftakhov showed incredible willpower and a desire to win. Thus Uzbekistan national team took second place in the team standings among seven teams.
