A two-day International Choir Festival and Symposium will kick off today in Jeju Province, Republic of Korea.

Musicians of the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan and artists of the state dance ensemble “Bahor” will also take part in this cultural event, which will take place on February 21-22.

The main purpose of participation in the event is to widely promote the rich cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and national singing art.

Within the framework of the symposium, it is planned to hold bilateral meetings with the Governor of Jeju Province Oh Young-hun and heads of several organizations, and a presentation of “Art and Culture of Uzbekistan”.
