The U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan, the American Councils for International Education, and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a regional conference in Bukhara on teaching English.

More than 100 English teachers participated in the conference, held at specialized secondary school No. 4.

During the two-day conference, ESN: STT program participants from Navoi and Bukhara regions and international experts who advanced their qualifications in TESOL teaching methods conducted more than 40 workshops, presentations, and skills lessons.

Participants increased their knowledge and skills, effectively using communication methods and developing lesson plans.

The initiators of the event awarded active participants. Its organizers were presented with letters of gratitude from the Bukhara Regional Department of Preschool and School Education.
